You know those times in life where everything is about to do a complete 180° on itself. I’m currently in the process of one of those. I’m just not sure if it’s for better or worse quite yet. I’m hoping for the better.
Friday is my last day of the current job, before taking the role of part-owner of a new company, converting my living room to a temporary office for us, and working with two great guys. This has been a while coming for us, and a lot of hard work and countless hours have been put into this on top of our day jobs, now it’s going to take the place of the day job. Scary, yet at the same time, all sorts of fucking amazingness.
I’ve also been noticing lately that people aren’t always what they seem. Even when you think you have someone figured out, you’re sure to end up being wrong in the end. I’m getting this on two opposite ends of the spectrum right now, so lucky for me, it all evens out. People aren’t always so set in their ways as I may think they are it turns out. Maybe it’s just that they are the way they are because they are masking something.
Speaking of masking, painting party Saturday!
Also, the new Lucero album is the maddddddddd notes.
Goodnight internet.
